August 18th Festival of the Raskiatelli to Fardella

The Raskatielli Festival, born with the mayor Dr. Angelo Guarino as "Feast of the Emigrants", has become a regular event on August 18. The event takes place in the town house or along the alleys and squares of the historic center, animated by popular music now attracts thousands of people from all over the neighborhood and beyond that come to taste, free of charge, the typical dish of pasta made by hand and obtained by mixing three different types of flour (flour "carousel", wheat flour, broad bean flour) admiring the local beauty.

The Municipality of Fardella is the owner of the trademark "Sagra dei Raskatiell di Fardella" and the collective trademark for the production and marketing of the product "Raskatiell" di Fardella.
